Lauren McCullam, RD

Description

Lauren McCullam is a registered dietitian specializing in infant and pediatric nutrition, with expertise in NICU follow-up, pediatric growth concerns, pediatric weight management, and gestational diabetes. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Science from Utah State University and completed her Dietetic Internship through Utah State University.  Lauren provides compassionate, evidence-based nutrition care for patients and families. She takes a balanced, nonjudgmental approach to nutrition, helping people build confidence with food, reduce stress around eating, and make sustainable changes that support both physical and emotional well-being. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys hiking, snowboarding, attending concerts, reading, and working on puzzles. She is married to her best friend, and together they have two awesome daughters. As a family, they love playing video games, spending time outdoors, and making the most of adventures together.
