Brett Horsely, DO, is an OB/GYN provider at Intermountain Health’s Budge Clinic in Logan, Utah. He supports patients in Cache Valley, Rich County, southeastern Idaho, and surrounding communities, providing women's healthcare including normal and high-risk pregnancies, all gynecology issues and preventative care, gynecologic surgeries, and more. Dr. Horsely loves being a physician! He sees each pregnancy as miraculous and marvels at the strength and power of women. Interacting with his patients is his favorite part of the job, and he enjoys learning, listening, and helping them heal. Dr. Horsley has lived in Logan with his wonderful wife and children for over 20 years and has enjoyed every minute of it. He believes Cache Valley is the best place in the world to deliver babies. In 2019, he left his busy practice, and with his wife, and together served as voluntary missionaries in Brazil. They were there for three years, considering it a priceless experience. They returned in July 2022 and rejoined Intermountain Health and his fantastic partners at the Budge Women's Center.
