Savanna Huerta is a physical therapist at Intermountain Health’s Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation – Logan Physical Therapy in Logan, Utah. Savanna has practiced physical therapy since 2022 and developed a strong passion for pelvic rehabilitation after her own experience with pelvic floor dysfunction during pregnancy. She is dedicated to empowering postpartum women by helping them restore confidence, strength, and function in their bodies. Savanna is a Herman & Wallace–trained pelvic floor therapist and values providing compassionate, education‑focused care.
