Dr. Horkley is board certified in pediatrics. He graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, and then completed a pediatric residency at the University of Utah Medical Center and Primary Children's Medical Center in Salt Lake City. Dr. Horkley enjoys working with children of all ages. Dr. Horkley enjoys most sports, spending time with his family, and being outdoors.
