Pathology Logan
I am a speech-language pathologist who has been practicing since 2005. I specialize in neurologic rehabilitation, swallowing disorders, speech and language disorders, concussion, cognitive rehabilitation, and modified barium swallow studies (MBS). In my early childhood, I would often spend my recess breaks in an elementary classroom, volunteering to assist my fellow students who were struggling. One of these students was a very shy and inhibited little girl. We became fast friends. Unbeknownst to me, her mother shared that communication was difficult for her daughter, and as a result, she had never felt safe when engaging in conversations with her peers. That experience has long stayed with me, highlighting the ability to facilitate communication. I am passionate about the speech rehabilitation process and the profound effect it has on patients' lives. I provide services for patients 18 years and older. I am originally from Southern California and have lived in Utah for 25 years. I enjoy traveling, snow skiing, sewing, entertaining family and friends, and spending time at the beach.
